Rosemary Kimani, writer and culinary explorer left a cushy corporate career to explore authentic food around the world. She co-founded Authentic Food Quest, with the goal of inspiring people to travel deeper through authentic food. Since 2015, she has been traveling slow in South America and Southeast Asia, writing about the delicious local flavors.
